An ex-banker - and former Assistant Treasurer of the prestigious house of JP Morgan in both New York and Paris offices – Theo spent most of his active business life in Continental Europe, including 10 years in London holding Executive postions in the fields of investment banking, leasing and property development and renovation in the United Kingdom.

After his retirement in Cannes and Biarritz (France) in 1998, Theo traveled widely in Thailand, Burma, Cambodia and Vietnam. He then elected to settle in his favourite Nepal, where he now maintains an office in Kathmandu and a home in the country.

Theo was born in Switzerland, raised in France and graduated from Dartmouth in the USA. A dual citizen of France and the USA, Theo says he is now a world citizen! Theo speaks several languages.

In his free time, he actively promotes the work of several nepali artists, has launched the first Sculpture Garden in Chobhar ancient village, is Trustee of the Himalayan Kingdom Foundation, and either directly sponsors directly or arranges for the selective sponsorship of education of the needy children of Nepal.
